Dear Bianca’s Kids,
Hi, my name is Casey I have a 5 year old son named Atticus with a rare genetic lung disease called PCD. It’s a lot like cystic fibrosis. We have been in quarantine for 3 weeks now and I haven’t been able to work during this time. We are fighting unemployment and my husband is a volunteer firefighter for our town and has been very busy and was laid off from his job.
We have $5 left in our bank account and it’s been really hard. We have to use instacart to get groceries and take the chance when we have to pick up his countless medications. Im not worried about myself just my son. I want to make sure he continues to stay healthy and safe but to also make sure he has food.
